Where can I find the status of my order? You can find the status of a specific order and/or view your order history on the Order Status tracking page under My Account. Please be advised that the order history will not be updated until the item(s) have been shipped.
How can I track my order? Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking information at the email address provided/used at checkout. The email should be received within 24-48 hours of placing your order. If the email has not been received within the time frame or you are experiencing other issues tracking your order, please contact us for assistance.
Can I cancel or make changes to my order? If you wish to cancel or make changes to an online order, please contact us and include your order number with the name on the order. Our customer service team will do their best to accommodate you and is available Monday–Thursday from 9 am–6 pm EST and Friday–Saturday from 10 am–7 pm EST.
What do I do if I never received my order? Please wait 24-48 hours to see if the shipment arrives. Sometimes there are delays with delivery couriers. Make sure you check all possible areas package may be placed or left on the property. If package still does not turn up, please contact courier for assistance. If not resolved with the courier, please contact us.
Does KLO Kosmetics offer international shipping? We currently do not offer international shipping. We are currently only shipping within the U.S., but we are in the process of working on expanding our sales and shipping to other countries.
How do I qualify for free shipping? To be eligible for free U.S. Standard Ground Shipping, orders must meet the $50 minimum or over. International shipping coming soon.

How can I register for an account with KLO Kosmetics? To register for an account, you will only need the following information to start: name, email address, and a created password. All other information can be added at a later time. You can always go back to your account and make any changes.
How do I change/update my login email or password? You can change your email and/or password by clicking on "My Information" within your account. Please make sure that you keep your email address updated at checkout to avoid missing confirmation of your order and tracking information for any future orders. Also, please be advised that your email subscriptions will be sent to the new email address.
I forgot my password, how do I reset it? In the case you have forgotten your password and need to reset it, please click on "Forgot Your Password?" below login and follow the instructions to reset it.

I'm having trouble with purchasing my online order using my debit/credit card. If you experience this issue, double-check that all information input matches that of the card being used. Such information include the cardholder's name on the card, expiration date, card number, CVV, and billing address associated with the card. If you continue to experience this issue, contact your financial institution for further assistance.

Does KLO Kosmetics test on animals? We know how extremely important this question is for everyone, and we are here to put your mind at ease. KLO Kosmetics wholeheartedly do not condone such acts against or towards animals; therefore, we do not conduct testing of any kind of any products or ingredients on animals.
Are KLO Kosmetics' products safe to use while pregnant or nursing/breastfeeding? Although our products are all-natural, we always recommend consulting with your physician first before using/purchasing. Your health and the health of your bundle of joy are extremely important to us.
How long do the products last? / What is the shelf life for all products? KLO Kosmetics seek to ensure that all of our clientele receive nothing but fresh, high-quality products. Shelf life varies by product, but we have an amazing team that tests the quality of each product daily to ensure freshness and keep information updated.
