Refund policy

All Sales Are Final. Due to the handcrafted and personal care nature of our products, all sales at KLO Kosmetics LLC are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on sugar scrubs, soaps, body care products, or other personal care items.

Why We Have This Policy: For the safety and hygiene of all our customers, we are unable to accept returned body care products. Each item is carefully handcrafted in small batches and inspected before shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at baresugarscrubs@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• A photo of the damaged or incorrect item

We will make it right by sending a replacement, issuing store credit, or refund at our discretion. KLO Kosmetics reserves the right to deny refund or replacement requests that do not meet our policy requirements.

Lost or Stolen Packages KLO Kosmetics LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We recommend contacting your local carrier for assistance before contacting us.
