Shipping policy

At KLO Kosmetics, we handcraft every product with care. Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be prepared before it ships.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

• Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): rates calculated at checkout
• Expedited options may be available at checkout

Processing Time: All orders are processed Monday–Thursday, 9am–6pm EST and Friday–Saturday, 10am–7pm EST. Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Confirmation: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Please Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. KLO Kosmetics is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at baresugarscrubs@gmail.com, and we'll do our best to make it right.
